These general terms and conditions apply to prepaid phone calls made with the Call & Save calling cards. Call & Save is entitled to change these general terms and conditions at any time. Any changes in these general terms and conditions will be published on the Call & Save website. The latest version of our general terms and conditions can be requested from the Call & Save Customer Services, via the Call &  Save website or by e-mail (info@call-save.eu). Continued use of Call & Save services following the publication of changes in the general terms and conditions implies acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Rates
The rates of with Call &  Save and any changes to them can be found on the Call &  Save website or can be requested from the Call &  Save Customer Services. The disclaimer on the Call &  Save website applies.

Quality
Call &  Save uses a high quality network for its prepaid services. The quality and availability of the network and services are often affected by external circumstances. Call &  Save can therefore not guarantee that they will always be available. The quality and availability of international calls is especially dependent on local circumstances.

Use
Call &  Save may not be used for illicit purposes, which include the use of these services to obstruct (systems owned or operated by) third parties or to commit a criminal offence. Any misuse or fraudulent activity will be reported to the authorities.

Privacy
Call &  Save guarantees that your personal data will be kept strictly confidential. Call &  Save will only disclose your personal data to third parties if legally obliged to do so or in the delivery of its services.

Calling card
The Call &  Save card is and remains the property of Call &  Save. Call &  Save is not responsible for the loss or theft of the card from the moment the card has been sold. Each card has a PIN (personal identification number). Instructions on how to use the card and PIN code can be found on the website and at the back of Call &  Save card.

Call credit
Your call credit is valid for 6 months after first use. If you do not make a call within 6 months after the first call, you will no longer be able to make calls. You will also lose any remaining credit.

Complaints
Complaints about the Call &  Save products or services should be made in writing per e-mail to info@call-save.eu.
