“Can I use the calling card from a payphone (also called public telephone)?”
Yes, it is possible to use it from any public phone in the country. You cannot insert the card in a public phone. Please pay attention that an extra charge may apply when using the card from a payphone. You can check All Rates to find out the rate for the destination you want to call.

“Can I use the calling card from a mobile phone?”
Yes, it is possible to use it from a mobile phone. Please note that an extra charge may apply when using the card from a mobile phone. You can check All Rates to find out the rate for the destination you want to call.

“What is the validity period of my Call & Save calling card?”
After the first use the card it is valid for another 6 months. Usually calling card cards in the market are only valid for three months. When the 6 months period expires, you will lose the remaining credit on the card.

“What should I do if I can not call a certain destination?”
Please report your problem with a full description of the issue to our Customer Service. In particular please mention the date and time of the issue and also the phone number you were unable to call. Our Customer Service can only be reached by e-mail at info@call-save.eu.

“What is the call set-up fee when using the card?”
Call & Save only charges a call set up of 0, 15 Euro (including VAT) per call. This amount is deducted from your credit, but only when a connection is established and a real call is made! Please note that getting a connection with someone’s voicemail or answering machine is a valid connection.

“Can I call special numbers or premium numbers, using the Call & Save calling card?”
No this is not possible. The Call & Save calling card is a product, giving you the possibility to make domestic phone calls and to all mobile and fixed numbers abroad. Special numbers and premium numbers are excluded.
