How it works

Once you have bought a Call & Save calling card or bought an access PIN online, you can directly start using it. Please select the access number you would like to use.

Please note that the Call & Save calling card can not be inserted in a public telephone. In order to get the maximum amount of minutes, we advise you the following. When using the card from a public telephone, we advise you to use the local access number. For the use from a mobile phone, we advise you to use the local access number. For the use from a fixed phone, we advise you to use the toll free access number.

When using the Call & Save calling card, you can choose from 5 different languages to make the use even more convenient for you. You will be prompted to select your language once you dial one of the above access numbers.

After entering your PIN code you are asked to enter the number you want to call. When placing an international call, please dial 00 before the country code, followed by the phone number you want to call.

You will now be connected and at the same time, you will hear how many minutes you can still call to the dialed phone number. When you are running out of credit, you will be notified during the call.

Please note that a surcharge may apply for the use from a public telephone or mobile phone. Please check the All Rates for more information. The Call & Save calling card is valid for 6 months after the first use.
